Please review the job details below. Project: We're supporting a
well-established customer that works on a critical and
high-visibility mission. The team is tremendously talented and we
need to add a seasoned MASINT Training Program Developer with a
strong foundation in MASINT analysis and training curriculum
development for a growing number of customer requirements. Previous
experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence
community is highly desirable. Minimum Requirements:
- Must have active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and
able to obtain CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering
discipline
- 6 years' experience in MASINT , processing, exploiting, and
analyzing data from multiple sources Desired Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in the development of training course
curriculum or certification standards
- Experience preparing and presenting briefing materials to
audiences with a range of technical backgro unds from current
MASINT practitioners to senior-level policy makers
- Advanced degree in a STEM discipline or comparable
education/teaching degrees
- 10 years of professional experience working in in MASINT,
processing, exploiting, and/or analyzing data from multiple
sources
- Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level
comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government
representatives
- Significant current experience ( i .e., within last 2 years) in
MAS INT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing MAS INT
exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases,
creating data products and support/develop associated systems
- Recent experience (i.e., within last 2 years) teaching MASINT
or performing collection requirements/tasking activities
Day-to-day: In this role you will be part of a critical
Intelligence Community (IC) MASINT mission providing a
multi-faceted team with subject matter expertise in training
curriculum development. You will lead the effort to conduct
outreach to the military service and non-DoD intelligence schools
to ensure continuity of MASINT training materials, content, and
their delivery. Working closely with counterparts across the IC and
DIE, you will help establish and maintain an IC-wide MASINT

have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have
listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share

discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a
candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic
diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.
The range for this position is: $94,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.
