General Summary of Position
Unit HighlightsThe Operating Room ADON is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the OR, ensuring patient safety, efficient workflow, and adherence to clinical protocols. This role includes supervising and supporting OR staff, managing scheduling, coordinating patient care, resolving any issues that arise during surgical procedures, and acting as the main point of contact for surgeons and other departments. The ADON also ensures compliance with hospital policies and works to improve OR efficiency and staff performance.

Supervise and manage OR team members
Coordinate surgical cases and room turnovers
Monitor compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams for seamless operations

This position has a hiring range of $100,588.00 - $180,419.00
